Inchmead's dispute resolution team have been jointly instructed to assist with the dispute resolution between a private family office and an investor. As part of Inchmead's preference to opt for Alternative Dispute Resolution before legal action, we hope to find a resolution both parties are happy with. Update: Inchmead's dispute resolution team have negotiated a settlement and a settlement agreement has been signed.
