Inchmead have been confirmed as the M&A Advisors by a Hong Kong based financier. Inchmead’s multi-discipline team will lead the placement of £200-million in development finance earmarked for a UK holiday resort. Our appointment is effectively immediately and will involve:
Due diligence on funding applicants’ business plans and proposals
Allocation of the funding to one or more successful project applications
Full legal representation of client’s interest
Interim supervision of the deployment and application of client funds
